Some of Anthony’s relevant experience includes: Project Manager Phase 2/3 John Cole Report (Collins Class Sustainment Review); Project Manager of LTE 700 Test and Trial for Optus/Huawei; Project Manager of Newcastle LTE 1800 rollout project for Optus/Huawei; Development of strategic planning and implementation of a number of projects including strategic, information communications, technology and construction; Assisted in the audit of governance on a number of Commonwealth projects; Facilitation for Rolls Royce Engineering Integrated Material Support (IMS) Contract efficiency initiatives; Developed and implemented a number Engineering Management Plans; Successfully designed and facilitated Diploma of Project Management programs for a number of organisations (Public and Private sector); Successfully managed several complex projects beyond Concept, Planning and Execution Phases; Provided Project Management Support on a number of ADF Major Projects including the Landing Helicopter Docks valued at over $3B.
