Michael Field
Michael Field brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in procurement and contract management to the firm having extensive experience in government procurement programs. Recently Michael, representing Deloitte, completed a review of the procurement procedures in 13 Line Ministries of the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste on behalf of the Ministry of Finance. This includes the key Ministries of Defence & Security, Infrastructure, Health, Education, Foreign Affairs and Agriculture. Michael has formal qualifications in engineering and commercial and has a extensive experience in delivering complex consultancy tasks for both government and corporate clients.
